Whiskey Limited Edition Barrel 30

Single Malt. Single Barrel. This Pedro Ximenez cask was aged for 50 months with OCD's signature new make - which as always, begins with a single malt barley, sourced & malted in the Riverina, created with longer than normal fermentation times, and then distilled using both traditional & innovative methods.

The result is just over 100 limited edition bottles of this sweet liquid, bottled at an ABV of 52%, the nuttiness of OCD's new make is present, and is eveloped with the PX barrel notes of raisins, dates & delicious fruits.
